Pudding = a type of thick, creamy dessert. Comes in chocolate, tapioca, various other flavors.

With Of Mortal Bondage, there are layers! Remus is a slave, but so is Severus, if in a different way! So much cooler than just a straight sex slave story.

Also, I've a fondness for the story, as I've recced it a few times.
