So I am thinking of signing up for Sweet Charity, but there are not exactly a lot of reccers on offer; I do not know if that's a thing someone would want to bid on.

I don't want to be the kid that doesn't get picked in gym class, basically.

Are you thinking of offering to compile rec list(s) based on a theme, pairing and/or fandom? I think there would be an interest, especially for thematic rec list(s), but be forewarned that usually the bidding price is not high for such kind of offerings. However, as the FAQ (http://www.sweet-charity.net/faq) indicates, I don't think there has been a case where someone wasn't bid on, even if the price wasn't what they were hoping for.

So, I don't know. *shrugs* For what it's worth, I'm always terrified that I won't be bid on whenever I signed up for Sweet Charity, but my desire to participate outweighs that fear.

Thanks, that was exactly what I needed. I don't care if I only sell for a dollar; I just didn't want to psych myself up for a project that wasn't going to happen.
