BUT. The crossovers section of the latest DOOM is totally and fully updated...and separated by fandoms crossed, which is what took so long. Buffy/Stargate SG-1 is the biggest "fandom", with 19 stories, although the section is the multi-cross, stories that involve three (or more) canons. Really, Buffy just makes up the bulk of my xover recs, although there's also awesomely random stuff like Iron Man/Days Of Our Lives and Life/Tin Man.
