Ahhh, I just posted a giant comment in a stranger's journal politely disputing her stance on the term idfic and I feel all UNCOMFORTABLE.

THIS INTERACTION THING, I DO NOT DO IT MUCH, I AM AFRAID THAT MAY HAVE BEEN RUDE.

ETA: NOT RUDE, BUT CERTAINLY FUTILE.

How so? I feel like idfic is such a new term that some healthy discussion about what it means can only be good.

I am pretty much a lurker at heart and so it feels VERY WEIRD to pop into the journal of someone I've never interacted with at all and be like YOUR PREMISE IS INCORRECT, HERE IS WHY. But she was conflating idfic and bulletproof kinks and while they can overlap, they are NOT the same thing.
