Pick a fandom, any fandom I have EVER BEEN IN (or even a fandom I haven't been in - chances are I know something about it by way of fannish osmosis and the less I actually know, the more definite my opinions are likely to be!). I will tell you:

2. Canon Ship: James/Lily. IDK, she made him a better man!
3. "If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: Harry/Ginny - suck to be me! I just can't help seeing it as "fangirl/object of her obsession" and that is creepy and unhealthy.
4. "You are one sick puppy" Ship: Harry/Lucius. Crossgen! With a married bigot who kills/tortures people! But the fanfic brainwashed me. (Other sick puppy ships: Harry/Tom, Ginny/Tom, Ginny/Bellatrix, Harry/Rita Skeeter (she takes filthy advantage of him, and then rubs it in Hermione's face! - I would read the shit out of it, no joke).
5. "I dabble a little" Ship: Ginny/Luna. Once you get her away from Harry, Ginny becomes approx. 80 times more awesome, and I just straight-up love Luna. Plus, femslash = A++.
6. "It's like a car crash" Ship: Remus/Sirius. They never get a happy ending! Marauder-era, you know there's just betrayal and exile and prison waiting, and post-Azkaban, it's all PTSD and a countdown to the worst/most ridiculous death ever.
7. "Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Harry/Tonks.
8. "Makes no canon sense but why the heck not" Ship: Harry/Bill.
9. "Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Harry/Snape. I've tried! And there are some awesome authors, who sometimes sell me on it for the length of a story, but really? I just find it uncomfortable.
10. One piece of canon I would change: Ahaha, there are like a million, but the biggest is Sirius's storyline. I've said it before, but I'll say it again: Dumbledore thought Sirius betrayed the Potters, but DUMBLEDORE CAN READ MINDS. And is also head of the Wizengamot, so it's not like he couldn't have done something!
11. A "missing scene" I'd love to see: People doing horrible things to the Dursleys.
12. I had no proof, but I always believed that...: People totally knew about Harry's history of abuse/neglect. They had to have! It wasn't even subtle abuse/neglect!
13. Measured most likely, by my superscientific gaydar gun, to be queer: Albus! But followed by Remus.
14. The character who's most like me: Hermione.
15. The character I think I'd be happiest dating: Luna.
16. The character I hate for No Good Reason: Ginny? But I only hate her in canon?
17. The most intensely fannish thing I did while I was into it: Hmmm. Midnight release party, but that's not that unusual. Oh! Sat at the computer for 27 hours straight reading the Sacrifices Arc for the first time.
18. A song I associate with that fandom: Cake's Building a Religion totally makes me think of the Death Eaters for some reason.
19. Character most likely to have a sekrit fandom identity themselves: Romilda Vane.
20. The perfect ending to the story, whether or not it matches what happened. Okay...Dumbledore was a LOT more proactive in getting the horcruxes, and he enlisted a lot more help (with appropriate nondisclosure Unbreakable Vows). So no horcrux hunt, no year-long reign of terror at Hogwarts, a much quicker resolution with a lot fewer deaths, and also? No fucking epilogue.

HP fandom has produced so many epics. I've spent many days/nights blazing through fanfic.
I feel you on Snape/Harry. I've read it a few times, but I just can't get into it.

No, it's this massive, longer-than-the-actual-books AU the author started to prove that certain cliches could be written well. It is basically my perfect piece of fiction.
Death Eater Takes a Holiday is good! And then, well. Um. It's readable, sometimes? I much prefer Severitus to Snarry.
