I have deep dread about the last book. I'm hoping she isn't calling it the Sacrifices Arc for any unbearable reason. *twitch*

I just wish she wouldn't keep warning us how dark it is! She's been killing and torturing characters; what's she going to do next?

I am thisclose to giving in and emailing her; she offered to answer people if they really thought they couldn't read without knowing and were willing to swear absolute secrecy.

Oh, since you're just starting 6, I should tell you: read the Intermissions, you'll actually need to know some of that. After a while, I was just kind of skimming them and that was apparently a bad idea.

*TWITCH* Oh God...I didn't know there was a possibility of knowing. I'm not sure I'd want to, because if one of my favorite characters dies I might not be able to finish reading, and if one of them doesn't it'll drain the dramatic tension out of the rest of the books.

*hair clutch*

I've read about 30 chapters of book 6, and I always read the Intermissions. In fact, I don't notice when I'm reading an intermission sometimes, because all I do is press the >> button. *grin*

Gah. I can't even PICTURE. It seems pointless to me that either one of them would die, from a narrative standpoint--the whole point of Harry's arc is that he's becoming less of a sacrifice. And the courtship dance won't be done until near the end, right? It seems like cheap manipulation to commit us to a three-year process getting them together just to kill one or both of them off.

...or so I keep telling myself.

I DO TOO.

I figured out that it was you. I'm clever that way. *grin*
