Rockin' Awesome Discovery
Apr. 22nd, 2006 11:21 amOkay, so I'm maybe a little bit in love with VH1's the Vspot right now.
I have bitched far and wide about how crazy Windows Media Player has been lately, and that, for those not in the know, is rather a problem, as I use that as my go-to music program. Yes, yes, Windows is the mega-evil, Media Player sucks, blah blah, I've heard it before. But it's what I've always used and I am a girl who enjoys her routine. But the recent crazy means that I've been using my mp3 player for music while I make lists and sort files, type, that kind of thing. But I ran out of batteries and so had to give that up, and it has been driving me slightly mad.
But now I can use the Vspot. And yes, presumably I could use something else, but I wanted to vote for their Top Twenty and one thing led to another and I discovered that omg, they have videos for the B-52s, and Belly, and Hank Williams, Jr. And you can put them on your playlist and it's all handy and junk!
This probably sounds a little retarded, but I'm still not used to my current mega-fast connection; at home, you literally could not do something like that. House in the middle of nowhere = 24 Kbps connection.
