Three Weeks and Counting
Feb. 21st, 2008 01:10 pmWith three weeks left, I've finished not a single mini-list. Possibly because I'm trying to do too many, but also because I don't want them to just be a collection of things I've recced before, which would be very easy to do when dealing with themes I love.
By the numbers:
Baby Got Played - 5 Games stories. Here Among the Dead - 10 Death stories. You Smile So Sweet (But You're Wicked) - 15 Wicked fics and counting. Your World Crashing Down - 18 apocalypses. Pay to Play - 5 hookers. Untitled alternate universes list - 4. Love Is a Stranger - 8 crossover pairings. What Would You Do (If I Were Yours) - 5 slavery stories. Memory Is Organic (It Breaks Down) - 8 fics about memory (dominated by amnesia). It Was (Only) a Kiss - 7 kiss stories.
ETA: Games - 6. Death - 14. Wicked - 22. Apocalypses - 18. Hookers - 9. Crossover pairings - 10. Slavery - 7. Memory - 14. Kiss - 8. The now merged Doppelganger and Alternate Universes list (tentatively titled Like a Mirror, Inverted) - 11. Virgins (was Cherry, now All Brand New) - 10.

rec50, because there've been very few HP recs since the last time I did it. I'm doing "general series" so I can do MWPP-era. Although if I do it again, I'm thinking I'll just go with character-specific, because I have to work to make sure the list isn't overwhelmed with stories that are All About Harry.
